Some books I really like, in no particular order:

Stone Butch Blues

Stone Butch Blues is a crushing narrative about loss and socio-economic precarity in lower class queer lives. It is about change and its crushing consequences, as well as about hope and new beginnings. It confronts discrimination, intersectionality and inter-community solidarity with a painfully effective candour.

Aristotle and Dante Discover the Secrets of the Universe

A simple slice of life queer coming of age love story. It's cheesy but I read it at just the right time to be deeply affected by it. It's definitely one of my comfort novels.
